NBC appoints Engel new chief foreign correspondent

NbcRichard Engel, 212-664-5222, has been appointed chief foreign correspondent for NBC Television Network. Known for his coverage of the Middle East, Engel will expand his role to other areas and continue reporting for all outlets of NBC news, including NBC Nightly News, The Today Show and MSNBC/Microsoft-NBC.
